  • Collaborate with partners, suppliers, and clients to promote sustainable travel options such as eco-lodges, sustainable transportation, and low-impact tourism.
  • Support conservation efforts and initiatives aimed at preserving Egypt’s natural and cultural heritage.
  • Minimize the use of single-use plastics in large-scale operations by prioritizing eco-friendly and sustainable alternatives.
  • Reduce print and paper waste by adopting digital solutions and prioritizing paperless alternatives whenever feasible in the office space.

2.2 Social Responsibility

  • Partner with local communities to support their development through cultural exchange, job creation, and capacity building.
  • Promote fair labor practices and ensure inclusivity, diversity, and equal opportunities within our workforce and supply chain.
  • Advocate for the preservation of Egypt’s cultural and historical assets to ensure they are respected and accessible for future generations.
  • Create a welcoming environment for travelers and employees of all backgrounds, religions, and abilities.
  • Enforce a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment in the tourism industry.
  • Grant full time and freelance employees the freedom of employment and contract termintation with notice and without penalties.
  • Imploy health and safety policies in the workplace and in all operagtions to ensure the safety of all personnel at all times.

  • Work with local businesses to ensure that the economic benefits of tourism are distributed fairly across communities.
  • Develop travel packages that balance luxury and sustainability, offering value while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Continuously invest in technology and innovation to streamline operations and reduce environmental impact.
  • Build long-term partnerships with local suppliers and invest in their growth and sustainability to ensure consistent quality and ethical practices.
  • Ensure all employees and contracted workers receive fair, living wages according to the Egyptian legal wage.

3. Implementation and Monitoring

This policy highlights our accomplishments to date, the initiatives we are actively pursuing, and our aspirations for the future. It establishes the foundational practices that guide our product development, operations, and collaborations with external partners. As an evolving framework, it requires collective effort from everyone in our organization. Accordingly, we are dedicated to achieving the following:

  • Assigning a sustainability coordinator that coordinates and monitors the sustainability measures in the workplace as well as in operations after aligning with the different members.
  • Establish a sustainability committee within the company and hold regular meetings to discuss better sustainable practices within the company as well as within the industry in Egypt.
  • Provide regular training for employees on sustainability practices and their roles in achieving the company’s sustainable goals.
  • Establish partnerships with environmentally and socially responsible organizations to increase impact.
  • Pledge to make monthly financial contributions to non-profit organizations dedicated to community development, environmental conservation, heritage preservation, or the promotion of ethical and human rights-focused social responsibility.
  • Encourage suppliers to adopt sustainable practices by providing them with guidelines and resources that align with our sustainability goals and monitor growth of sustainable supplier network.
  • Prioritize partnerships with suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to sustainability, such as offering eco-certified products or services.
  • Educate clients about the importance of sustainable travel by integrating responsible travel tips, eco-conscious choices, and cultural sensitivity guidelines into our travel packages, regular communications and welcome kits.
  • Collaborate with clients to co-create sustainable travel itineraries that support local communities, minimize environmental impact, and enhance the overall travel experience.
  • Highlight the benefits of sustainability in travel through marketing campaigns, newsletters, and case studies that showcase success stories and positive impacts.
  • Continuous research on methods and activities to improve our sustainability practices.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance bi-annually, identifying areas for improvement and setting new objectives.
