Rate includes:

• 2 nights’ accommodation at CANCUN RESORT & VILLAS, in Superior – Pool view
• Daily buffet breakfast & Dinner.
• All services charge and taxes included.

• Supplement for dates, 23/01/25 – 08/02/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 6,000 on weekdays, and EGP 6,300 during the weekend.
• Reduction for dates, 09/02/25 – 28/02/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 4,800 on weekdays, and EGP 5,200 during the weekend.
• Reduction for dates, 01/03/25 – 28/03/25 the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 3,800 on weekdays, and EGP 4,000 during the weekend.
• Supplement for date, 29/03/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 6,000
• Supplement for date, 30/03/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 11,000
• Supplement for dates, 31/03/25 – 04/04/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 14,000 “flat rate for weekdays & weekends”
• Reduction for dates, 05/04/25 – 16/04/25 & 22/04/25 – 30/04/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 5,500 on weekdays, and EGP 5,900 during the weekend.
• Supplement for date, 17/04/25 – 21/04/25, the rate per person, per package rate will be EGP 6,000 “flat rate for weekdays & weekends”

• The above rates are valid for Egyptians and Foreign Residents ONLY.
• Room Rates are inclusive of taxes & service charges.
• Different dates have different rates quoted on request.
• Rates are based on Half board basis (Breakfast and Dinner) inclusive of service charge and taxes.
• Above rates are subject to restrictions, black-out periods, special events policies, and minimum stay restrictions.
• Extra bed (Extra bed or Sofa bed) for EGP 500 per night.
• Connecting rooms will be subject to hotel availability
• Hotel reserves the right to amend the rates should the number of rooms decrease/increase from the initial inquiry.
• Rates are applicable for the above-mentioned committed rooms/ room types only/date only.
• Minimum stay of 02 nights on weekends.
• The above rates are dynamic rates, subject to change at any given time in case of any increase in Governmental Taxes or any change in the market demand & conditions.

• Maximum 2 children per room.
• Children from 0 till 5.99 years old sharing their parents’ room will enjoy free accommodation & meals with a maximum of 2 children per room.
• Children from 6 till 11.99 years old sharing parents’ room will be charged 50% of the adult rate with the same meal plan per room per night with a maximum of 2 children per room.
• From 12.00 years will be charged as adult rate Triple room.
• When sharing parents’ rooms, the booking will be always on the same meal plan.
• Only one extra bed –if paid- can be added to the room.

• The hotel check-in time is from 15:00 hrs.
• Early check-in from 10:00 hrs. is subject to availability upon arrival/check-in at the hotel.
• Guaranteed check-in time earlier than 10:00 hrs. must be booked from the previous day, subject to availability.
• The hotel check-out time is 12:00 noon.
• Late check-out is always subject to room availability on the day of check-out.
• Check-out until 18:00 hrs. Shall be subject to an additional 50% of the total room rate.
• Check-out after 18:00 hrs. Shall be subject to an additional (1) one-night room rate
