CRM Business Manager
Handling client requests and fulfilling their expectations with a good behavioral and communicational skills beside selling existing and new products at very competitive service that satisfy our customers and attract new customers.
- Looking after the business development of Corporate Clients.
- Cross selling and enhancing the business relationships with the key person.
- Handling new sales referrals.
- Implement New Accounts.
- Interfering in Financial Issues with the clients and recovering bad debts.
- Building and maintaining profitable, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Act as point of contact for complaints, concerns and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, after addressing them properly.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
- Following up with the operation teams and the work process to ensure SLA is met.
- Generate and monitor weekly and monthly production reports.
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
- Work with Global Brand that manages the company to set SLA for the global clients and make sure that the SLA is met.
- Other duties as Excel Travel management may be decided.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- 6 to 8 years’ experience.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Basic Sales Skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
