CRM Business Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt for an Inbound Senior Tour Operator.
- The responsibilities include designing tailor-made itineraries.
- Managing and organizing guided tours.
- Handling travel and tourism logistics.
- Providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and supporting sales efforts.
- The role also involves coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of all travel arrangements.
- Expertise in Egypt as a Destination
- Strong skills in Reservations and Customer Service to manage client satisfaction
- Experience in Sales strategies within the travel and tourism industry
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in using reservation and travel management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Relevant academic background in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
- 3+ years of work experience with Itineraries
- 5+ years of work experience with Customer Service
