Job Title: Senior Travel Counselor
Reporting Line: Senior Operation Supervisor

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all quality checks are completed before the delivery of travel documents, while securing the most competitive pricing options.
- Provide high-level, personalized service for top executives, ensuring all travel needs are met with discretion and efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted travel consultant to corporate clients, offering expert advice and tailored solutions.
- Ensure accurate and complete creation of PNRs in accordance with Excel Travel鈥檚 operational standards.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate company and traveler profiles to streamline booking and reporting processes.
- Actively promote and sell outbound and domestic travel packages, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Distribute airline updates and newsletters to clients in a timely and informative manner.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of visa requirements for various destinations.
- Stay informed of airline policies and fare rules to prevent Agency Debit Memos (ADM).
- Adhere to internal company policies, including financial procedures, HR directives, and task follow-ups.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff, fostering professional growth and service excellence.
- Design complex, multi-sector itineraries while identifying and applying cost-saving fare options.

Answers general questions and provides assistance; maintains assignment completion schedules; performs the same tasks as others.

Primarily deals in one singularly directed and defined functional area. Awareness of related areas is not significant.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Formal Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
B. Practical Experience:
Minimum 4 years of work experience
C. Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certification:
Preferred GDS certificate
D. Other Skills:
Travel industry experience and knowledge,

路聽聽 Communicate effectively, both verbally and writing.
路聽聽 Fluent ticketing and visa process .
路聽聽 Comprehensive PC skills.
路聽聽 V.G English in speaking and writing
