Cairo has added another milestone to its cultural renaissance with The Grand Ball of Monte-Carlo taking place for the first time in Egypt at the magnificent Abdeen Palace. Held from 8–9 November 2025, the prestigious event brought together an extraordinary gathering of European princes and princesses, high-profile nobles, and distinguished cultural leaders — positioning Egypt as a rising destination for world-class aristocratic and artistic events.
Organized by Noble Monte-Carlo under the patronage of Prince Albert II of Monaco, the event blended exquisite elegance with the historic grandeur of one of Cairo’s most iconic palaces. Egypt is now only the second Arab nation, after the UAE, to host this internationally acclaimed gala, marking a significant moment for the country’s luxury and cultural tourism scene.
Guests enjoyed a two-day celebration featuring a royal gala dinner, exceptional artistic performances, refined ballroom dancing, and a closing musical showcase at the Cairo Opera House, starring soprano Delia Grass and renowned Egyptian singer Safaa Abu Al-Saud.
