Job Title: Travel Supervisor
Reporting Line: Outplant Manager

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the consistent delivery of superior customer service, with thorough quality checks completed prior to the issuance of travel documents.
- Provide discreet and highly professional travel management services for top-level executives.
- Serve as a dedicated travel consultant to corporate clients, offering tailored solutions aligned with their specific needs.
- Ensure the accurate implementation and maintenance of company and traveler profiles in the system.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges, identify process improvement opportunities, and effectively manage relationships with both clients and suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements for various destinations to support seamless travel arrangements.
- Supervise counter agents, closely monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to service standards and operational efficiency.
- Deliver personalized service to personal travel clients, with a focus on client retention and generating referrals through exceptional experiences.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate travel policies and business travel quality standards, including regular updates to client profiles as needed.
SCOPE
Leadership:
Answers general questions and provides assistance to other colleagues
Maintains assignments and monitors lower-level assignment completion as well
Completion of scheduled work and allocation of work to lower level
Primary evaluation of work for lower level, reporting to senior staff and guidance
Performs the same tasks as others.
Complexity of Work: Semi-Complex
Requires some integration of different but relatively similar bodies of knowledge and/or functions. Requires minor analytic interpretation.
Independent Judgement and Decision Making: General Supervision
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Formal Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
B. Practical Experience:
Minimum 6 years of work experience
C. Technical Qualifications or Specialized Certification:
Preferred GDS certificate
D. Other Skills:
· Travel industry experience and knowledge,
· Results driven and customer focused
· Communicate effectively, both verbally and writing.
· Fluent ticketing and visa process .
· Comprehensive PC skills.
· V.G English in speaking and writing
