After completing immigration and customs at Noi Bai Airport, head to the exit gate. Your guide will meet you with a sign displaying your name, and a private vehicle will take you to your hotel in Hanoi. The rest of the day is free.

This shared excursion includes transfers to Sai Son village and a show ticket. Wander through the village’s colorful lanes and gain insight into the fascinating process of handcrafted incense production, a cherished local craft passed down through generations. Meet local artisans, learn about their daily lives, and capture memorable photographs among the striking displays of brightly colored incense bundles. Engage with the locals to hear stories of their craft and try your hand at rolling incense sticks alongside the artisans.

Return to Hanoi for a delicious Vietnamese lunch at the elegant restaurant before continuing your cultural exploration of the capital.

In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and one of Hanoi’s most treasured landmarks. Discover centuries of scholarly tradition as you stroll through its peaceful courtyards and historic pavilions. Constructed in the 11th Century, this stunning temple constitutes a rare example of well-preserved traditional Vietnamese architecture and is featured on the back of the 100,000 Vietnamese dong banknote.

Hanoi – Hanoi to Ha Long Bay

Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994, Ha Long Bay spans 43,400 hectares and features more than 1,600 mostly uninhabited islands and islets. Its name means “where the dragon descends into the sea” in Vietnamese, and the bay is world-famous for its dramatic limestone pillars and rich biodiversity.

This morning, depart for a 2.5- hour journey to Ha Long Bay. On arrival at Tuan Chau Marina, settle in on board your boat where a welcome drink awaits. Listen to a cruise briefing as the ship cruises through many stone islets, small beaches of the magnificent Ha Long Bay. Enjoy kayaking or sitting on a small bamboo boat rowed by the villagers for an authentic look into life in the bay. Return to the boat and participate in a cooking demonstration with the chef or simply relax on the sundeck before dinner. In the evening, try your hand at some night squid fishing or relax in your cabin.

Overnight in Ha Long Cruise

Begin your day with a gentle Tai Chi demonstration that combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Coffee, tea, and pastries for breakfast are served in the dining room with a morning view of the bay’s landscape. Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air of Ha Long Bay while the boat continues cruising around the bay passing the most beautiful and quiet areas, such as Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Soi Sim beach, Coconut Three Island. Visit one of the most magnificent caves in Ha Long Bay with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites, then return to your boat to cruise towards the wharf. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery while approaching the wharf.

The vehicle is ready awaiting your disembarkation at approximately 10:30am for driving back to Hanoi – Noi Bai airport to take a flight to Phu Quoc. Upon arrival at Phu Quoc Airport, please head to the exit gate and look for your guide who will be waiting for you, holding a welcome signboard with your name on it. Then, you will be transferred to your hotel in town by private vehicle.

Phu Quoc Islands, Snorkeling & Hon Thom Cable Car

With its untouched forests and pristine white-sand beaches, Phu Quoc attracts visitors with its natural beauty and wide range of beach activities.

This morning, transfer to the An Thoi pier where you will board a speed boat to discover some of the spectacular islands off the southern tip of Phu Quoc. Arrive at Mong Tay Island and Gam Ghi islet, known as the best snorkeling spots with clear crystal water and vivid coral and diverse marine life, including a large diversity of nudibranchs, shrimps, crabs, and cowries. Enjoy snorkeling to explore colorful corals and the fascinating sounds of the ocean. Fresh lunch will be served on board whilst you laze around in the tropical sunlight and the boat glides to May Rut Islet where you continue swimming or snorkeling to explore the colorful sea life with a variety of coral and fish. Relax on white sands and turquoise water and transfer back on the cable car (around 25 mins) and enjoy sunset & rides with a panoramic overall view of islands.

Enjoy a delicious lunch before heading back by boat to Hon Thom Nature Park. Here, you can experience a range of exciting outdoor attractions, including thrilling rides and the Aquatopia water park. Conclude the adventure with a spectacular cable car ride offering panoramic views of the sea and islands, before returning comfortably to your hotel.

Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels

Begin your journey with pickup from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city between 07:30 – 08:00. Travel in a comfortable shared vehicle while exploring both the historical highlights of the city and the famous Cu Chi Tunnels.

Start the morning sightseeing program in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with a visit to the Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, one of Vietnam’s most important historical landmarks. Built on the site of the former Norodom Palace and designed by renowned architect Ngo Viet Thu, the building played a major role in modern Vietnamese history. Explore the preserved halls, meeting rooms, reception areas, and underground bunkers while learning about key historical events connected to the palace.

Continue through the city center to admire some of Ho Chi Minh City’s best-known examples of French colonial architecture, including the Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. From the outside, enjoy views of elegant European-style buildings, broad boulevards, and lively city streets that reflect the colonial heritage of old Saigon. This area is also one of the city’s most popular locations for sightseeing and photography.

The tour then continues to the War Remnants Museum, one of the most significant museums in Vietnam dedicated to wartime history. Through collections of photographs, military equipment, historical documents, and exhibits related to the Indochina Wars, the museum offers visitors deeper insight into Vietnam’s past and the realities of the war period.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Vietnamese cuisine before departing the city for the Cu Chi Tunnels. The drive to Cu Chi takes approximately 1.5 hours through suburban districts and countryside scenery surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon arrival at Cu Chi, begin with a short introduction and documentary video explaining how the tunnel system was constructed and how local fighters and residents survived under extremely difficult wartime conditions. The Cu Chi Tunnels are famous for their extensive underground network stretching across the region and are considered one of Vietnam’s most remarkable wartime sites.

Continue exploring the tunnel complex, including specially designed underground living areas, kitchens, bedrooms, storage rooms, weapon factories, field hospitals, and command centers that once supported life and military operations beneath the ground. Learn about the resourcefulness and survival strategies used during the war while discovering hidden trap doors, narrow passages, and defensive systems built throughout the maze-like tunnel network.

You will also have the opportunity to enter and crawl through selected sections of the tunnels adapted for tourism, offering firsthand experience of the underground environment used during wartime.

After the exploration, enjoy special tea and cassava, a simple traditional food commonly eaten by guerrilla fighters during the war years. In case you are interested, you may also spend free time relaxing or try optional shooting activities at the nearby shooting range, where various types of firearms are available under staff supervision (available at extra cost payable directly onsite).

Return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city at around 19:30.
