Where Art Meets Hospitality: Hyatt Centric Cairo West Redefines the Hotel Experience in Egypt
Blending modern creativity with timeless heritage, Egypt has unveiled its first art-centric hotel—Hyatt Centric Cairo West—inaugurated by Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Sherif Fathy. As the first of its kind in Africa, the hotel transforms the hospitality experience through immersive design inspired by contemporary Egyptian art, just minutes from the iconic Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.
Guests are welcomed into a vibrant cultural atmosphere shaped by 11 Egyptian artists, carefully curated by ADD Real Estate Development. The 304-room hotel is more than a place to stay—it’s a gallery of modern expression rooted in Egyptian identity.
The event also marked the exclusive launch of Hyatt Centric Cairo West Residence, the first Egyptian project to open its hotel component ahead of its residential release. This launch is part of a broader partnership between ADD and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, backed by a newly signed MoU in the presence of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.
This strategic move not only boosts hotel capacity but also signals Hyatt’s growing presence in Egypt, following its 2022 comeback with the award-winning Hyatt Regency Cairo West.
