The project, backed by an investment of over $200 million, will feature 500 high-end guestrooms and serviced apartments, catering to both business and leisure travelers. Strategically located near embassies, government offices, and major financial institutions, the hotel is expected to enhance Cairo’s tourism and hospitality sector.
