Some journeys are measured by the places they visit. Others are remembered by the pace at which they unfold.
Beginning in February 2027, ORO II introduces a new chapter in luxury Nile cruising, inviting travellers to experience Egypt’s timeless river aboard an intimate boutique vessel designed for just fourteen guests. Rather than operating exclusively as a private charter, ORO II will offer scheduled departures between Luxor and Aswan, making this exclusive style of travel accessible to independent luxury travellers and FIT clients.
Guests can choose between two classic Nile itineraries: a four-night journey from Luxor to Aswan or a three-night sailing in the opposite direction. With only seven accommodations onboard—including five Luxury Rooms and two Luxury Rooms with private balconies—the atmosphere is intentionally personal, offering the feeling of a private yacht rather than a traditional river cruise.
Designed across three elegant decks, ORO II combines contemporary design with understated luxury. An infinity-edge plunge pool overlooks the Nile, while inviting lounges, an open-air bar, panoramic dining spaces and a dedicated Pilates studio create moments of quiet indulgence between visits to Egypt’s ancient temples. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to complement the rhythm of the river rather than distract from it.
The vessel’s interiors embrace natural textures, warm wood finishes and soft neutral tones, reflecting a refined interpretation of modern Egyptian luxury. Accommodating a maximum of fourteen guests, ORO II offers a level of privacy rarely found on traditional Nile cruises while maintaining exceptional comfort and personalised service.
As demand continues to grow for smaller, experience-led journeys, ORO II represents a new generation of Nile cruising—one where exclusivity is defined not by excess, but by space, authenticity and the luxury of travelling slowly.
