The Cairo International Art District will return for its sixth edition from 11 October to 8 November 2026. Titled Alive Archive, the event will take place across The Factory, Kodak Passage and Access Art Space in Downtown Cairo, with a programme of contemporary exhibitions, site-specific installations, urban interventions and an art walk. This edition will explore how the city’s memory is reflected in its historic buildings, public spaces and everyday details, using Downtown Cairo as both the setting and subject of the exhibition.
